5 Minute Achievement Speech
This award is fomally named the “Highlighting One Current Year's Club Project Award”, and was formerly known as the Achievement Award. It is a an oral presntation (5 minute speech) of a club activity that has been completed during the current fiscal year. The contest takes place at the fall annual convention. Participants are the winners of the contest at their, respective District conferences in the prior fiscal year (or the runners up in the event the District winner can not attend the Multiple District convention).
